Could take decades.... Manufacturing may be the next workgroup to enter the meat grinder.... all this trying to answer the same question retailers have been asking literally since buying and selling began, how to earn customer loyalty and trust.
Dallas has been and ideal test market for understanding typical consumer behavior, and will continue to be; looks like the area poised to lead the formulation of new customer service umbrella industry. The actual marriage coming from this corporate bloat entry will be ability & understanding. Exciting opportunity and potential, the "start-up scene" is likely to flourish while supplying ideas to ATT. The push to rebuild greater downtown into a magnet of activity, large crowds of people enjoying the environment is critical to the region taking the next step as a global city where culture is created.
