I drove by earlier last week and the site was clearly being laid out with markings for early construction work. I have no idea what stuff they are approved to move forward with without more approvals from city hall. I assume the zoning is already in place to allow them to build what they announced....

The Chase bank branch at 1415 Main Is closing and will be consolidated with the another Chase branch at 1700 Pacific Ave on 04/06/2017.

Hopefully some nice retail comes to main.

The building front will be major improvement. It finally looks welcoming.
The Fairmont should take notice. That building is screaming for a renovation.


Now if only the Ross Tower garage was torn down and re done as a mixed use building with retail. Then Ross would finally be turning the page.
