From Dallas' perspective it's a no brainier though...I view it like this though. This 9 Million in incentives can actually go further than just Tax Dollars from new developments. It's slightly more expensive than Velvet Taco from what I recall. I ended up eating two tacos and got chips and salsa (which was $4). For tacos that's not cheap, but if the quality was there, I wouldn't have minded.
