Are they changing out the glass at the ground level? The renders I've seen show new glass at ground level. It makes a big difference and I hope they have not given up on that. Atos is the real deal-- they tried to buy the old ACS business from Xerox and the old Perot Systems from Dell. Not sure if either happened but they are substantial French company for sure. They also acquired a local company called Anthelio.

This seems like an odd spot for new hotel construction without many amenities nearby. The only appeal is walkability to the DCC. It's interesting that some of the columns cannot make a continuous run from the ground to the top of the building. I suspect that the engineering to make that work is not trivial.
