I'd love to see it happen, that side of downtown needs some fresh development with a more modern look. Some new residential development wouldn't be bad either since they are working so hard to attract talent, maybe something mixed use could work. A hotel and office product or hotel and residential.

I am disappointed that the Headington properties adjacent to Fountain Place aren't seeing any action. Looking down on that from Ross Tower you see nothing but dead space occupied by parking lots. Huge opportunity for residential growth and nothing happens.

So, was curious as to how this is going to look. This looks like another example of the classic suburban answer to incorporating urban into your community. Just make something sort of urbanish somewhere on the property and surround it with golf courses and houses.
