In general, I would love to see more property owners explore the benefits of pop retail. It can do a lot for increasing visibility of a empty space and can provide a new business some testing ground for operating a space. In some cases, the popup business itself signs a permanent lease.

Well, maybe they aren't done for this development cycle. So it would be a tall signature tower of office space and another hotel. Its funny CityPlace Co can develop this side without any trouble but still, development hasn't truly hopped the freeway.
