Yes but that's the thing it seems they want to consolidate all their admin office in a tower they own near the hospital. Right now Baylor has their own transit bus that makes the trek to Bryan Tower that connects it to their Deep Ellum campus for employees. I imagine they would rather eliminate that...

I am also sure the stores will push more heavily into the store bought reusable bags as well. The first step was offering a discount for using a reusable bag next up who knows what incentives they might try for promoting customers to buy their reusable bags and give an incentive for using them.

Fire and a fight over the insurance was probably the culprit for the wait time. Sometimes it depends on who is to blame for the fire whose insurance pays out and here there was probably a fight between insurance companies.

Part of it is that Spire just hasn't been able to achieve some legitimacy in the developer community. They want to be Trammel Crow but have mostly just owned and remodeled existing office spaces. They can not seem to convince anyone to let them develop space from the ground up.

Well, its great for me as a commuter because the locked in price is as its always been except what they raised it to of course. Also if I start pulling back on ride the bus all the time for some reason I can save money if I don't reach the monthly cap.
