One of my biggest wishes out of any redevelopment here is for Ashland St to connect to Houston. And while this isn't Hunt's responsibility, I'd love a simple crosswalk at Houston and Museum Way/High Market St.

This is a pretty minor opening, but Fiction Coffee opened up their stand in One Victory Park's lobby. It's open from 7:00am to 2:30pm and so far seems to be a welcome addition. Now something just needs to go into the large retail space that has sat empty for years...

If I remember correctly the Innovation Arcade will be home to rotating art displays, some interactive. I'm assuming the glowing cubes are an example of the type and size of the art - not a permanent display.

Apparently the spot near Sift + Pour that started being built out will be Chipotle. The doorman of the W mentioned this, supporting what another user had previously posted.

That spot had displayed a sign for Feed me Pronto earlier this year, so I wonder where that will be, if it ever opens.
