By the way, the Subway inside the Hartford Building just went through a pretty dramatic renovation and in hardly any time (maybe two weeks?). Whoever that general contractor is needs to go work at the Mid Elm Lofts.

What is unfortunate is the smaller building at the corner there labeled 2200 Main in this screenshot will be torn down for parking. Why does this rendering show the DART tracks on southbound lane of Good-Latimer when the tracks are currently on the center of the road? I assume it's a mistake because I can't imagine they plan on moving the tracks.

The new GoPass App is out now, and so far it looks like a huge improvement. My 30-day pass transferred seamlessly to the new version and I can now see busses and trains moving on the map in real time. Also looking forward to paying with Touch ID.

I still have no idea why there aren't any Dunkin Donuts in Dallas. There was something about Jerry Jones owning the franchise rights here for years but that ended in 2016.

There's still an unusual lack of street-level fast casual dining in the CBD. I still can't believe Chipotle hasn't decided to reopen downtown, and you'd think that Pei Wei (newly based in DFW) would want to dump that shopping center for a flagship in the central core.
