By the way, the Subway inside the Hartford Building just went through a pretty dramatic renovation and in hardly any time (maybe two weeks?). Whoever that general contractor is needs to go work at the Mid Elm Lofts.

Why does this rendering show the DART tracks on southbound lane of Good-Latimer when the tracks are currently on the center of the road? I assume it's a mistake because I can't imagine they plan on moving the tracks.

The new GoPass App is out now, and so far it looks like a huge improvement. My 30-day pass transferred seamlessly to the new version and I can now see busses and trains moving on the map in real time. Also looking forward to paying with Touch ID.

I still have no idea why there aren't any Dunkin Donuts in Dallas. There was something about Jerry Jones owning the franchise rights here for years but that ended in 2016.

Anyway, that would be a good chain to put here along with In-N-Out since they're less ubiquitous in the city core.

Not sure this has anything to do with the hotel because it's on the other side of Hi Line Dr, but the sudden departure of FT33 could mean that more changes are coming.
