The new GoPass App is out now, and so far it looks like a huge improvement. My 30-day pass transferred seamlessly to the new version and I can now see busses and trains moving on the map in real time. Also looking forward to paying with Touch ID.

With most if not all of the demo & abatement completed, the building could go on the market tomorrow and it would be a steal for the next buyer. All of the hard work has likely been done.

I still have no idea why there aren't any Dunkin Donuts in Dallas. There was something about Jerry Jones owning the franchise rights here for years but that ended in 2016.

Anyway, that would be a good chain to put here along with In-N-Out since they're less ubiquitous in the city core.

Not sure this has anything to do with the hotel because it's on the other side of Hi Line Dr, but the sudden departure of FT33 could mean that more changes are coming. Just curious to know what the tallest vacant building (after 1401 Elm) is downtown. I can only think of one, and that's 505 N Ervay owned by First Baptist. Shame that they're allowed to just hold that property when it could be generating tax revenue.

There's still an unusual lack of street-level fast casual dining in the CBD. I still can't believe Chipotle hasn't decided to reopen downtown, and you'd think that Pei Wei (newly based in DFW) would want to dump that shopping center for a flagship in the central core.
