Re: Museum Tower

There were originally 115 units shown on DCAD. When units are combined, the combined units then show up on DCAD as one unit. Thanks. Are the combined units in your count of solds (90) or remaining (25)? How do you account for this in the sellout projection? If you can't tell/don't care, that's fine...

I know this thread sometimes veers toward the snarky and contentious, so let me start by saying this is just an honest question. I'm confused. Tucy's updates total 115 units (90 sold, 25 remaining). The Candy's dirt article that everyone enjoyed so much stated "Currently there are 108 homes, af...

That scathing D Magazine article about DART, and the UTA study it cites are about DART failing the city as a whole, with a focus on those who need transit and can't afford it or get to it. We had happy hour there last night. I actually like the wood screens. They're easy to take down if (when?!?) that part of town gets a little more friendly, but in the meantime it's a nice way to block the street/parking lot activity.

Also, the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend.

Butcher shop in the basement, boulangerie on the ground floor. They will sell to the public and supply CBD and the Joule. Upper floors I heard will be Headington office space but that rumor is less reliable.
