I just had an out of town visitor comment on how much better he likes the Dallas skyline. He was doing the dreaded Houston comparison because their skyline is so dark yet the same size as ours. I have a 2007 model vehicle with 115k miles (rare Dallas transit rider)... I'm going to try to squeeze another 6-10 years out of it.

By then I hope EVs and autonomous vehicles start taking off.

Um... It's a real stretch to even call this area "Downtown"....C'mon, this is closer to Exall Park than it is to Main St. Garden.

This is disrespectful to Bryan Place and Old East Dallas.

This is a very much a suburban location.
What this tells me is that Target really just wants to start rolling out smaller footprint stores. However, they probably want big box parking ratios and locales.

I'm guessing Uptown was ruled since City Place is right across the hwy.
