No way. Dallas is in a far better position than Atlanta given its talent pool. DC is the favorite; Dallas and Atlanta are just participators in a race that had clear favorite from the get go.

Stumbled on this in my morning walk...

It appears There's core sampling underway in the parking lot on Ross and Lamar St. In West End.

This is the lot across from CVS, in front of the landmark center building.

Anyone heard of anything for this project?!?

Luckily, DART appears to be aware of which ones are good and which ones are hot garbage. The centrum improvements have been great. Mudsmith and Quarts n Pints are fabulous.

My only complaint is the lighting in mudsmith. Too dark. Can't read.

I think they know a suburban strip mall store is not the best use of the site. They're probably looking for developer to partner with. The whole foods down the street did it right shame if their competitor doesn't do the same.

I'm afraid it's going to East Coast city. Jeff Bezos lives in DC. 3 DC metro areas on the shortlist. That's the preferred landing spot now IMO.
