I think it would make a cool restaurant and bar. It definitely needs better lighting. Hopefully a fresh new concept comes through. The area could use something like that. There's no bar in this area.

Austin's Downtown has surpassed Houston's and Dallas' Downtowns. They're building towers left and right. It will be interesting to see what they do on the Houston st. side. That side of the North End Apartment is dying for some street interaction. To bad the W, and the other builds on the other side have their buttholes (parking exits) facing the street.

IMO, Ft. Worth just misses the mark for a lot people. They wanna be known as "cow town"; which is cool, but it really doesn't appeal to alot people, including corporations who are looking to offer something that appeals to their workers.

Yeah I don't see it happening. Especially if it's primarily focused on office. They need to invest in the area with more Residential. Then follow up with office products later on once the area is cleaned up.

Dart is more of bullet point than actually useful. We've got the longest train system in America..that's all I hear.

We can only hope the region densifies to the point where it becomes useful.
