And they're not bailing from the lot at Lemmon/Throckmorton. All these acreages (in-town, suburban) they own and hold onto, really aren't making them any $$$$, but I guess they're thinking about the future, and also keeping any other potential owners/competitors from snapping them up.

A fire broke out Friday morning in an elevator shaft being worked on at the hotel. DFD officials say that lubricants used in the shaft were ignited by a construction crew. No sooner than the French Room renovation is done, now the executive chef and the Food & Beverage GM there are gone. A new executive chef has been hired; he will debut a new menu in October.
