That leaves just 1 CE in Dallas and 6 others in Houston. http://dallas.culturemap.com/news/restaurants-bars/11-02-18-cafe-express-uptown-dallas-mckinney-a...

Once Victory Park Lane gets more built out the area will be worth walking. Under construction now are Ramen, Dibbs, Coworking/Coffee, a liqour store and Hero. Already open are Imoto, Billy Can Can, Mesero, It’s Sugar, W, Neo, Cinepolis and sundry smaller shops. So it’s getting there. Ya also the un...

It's inevitable that a 'convention trade' hotel finds its way somewhere in VP near the stadium, I'm only wondering when. Something along the lines of The Anatole with as much meeting & exhibition space extending use of the arena. The constantly refreshed presence of 800-1,000 super heavy consum...

Eye popping addition, it may be from street level next to it but it won’t be from a distance, it seems that good design buildings in Dallas are getting lost between to many other mid high-rises. For example the new Rolex and the McKinney & Olive buildings great designs but needed to be taller t...

Nah. Building a Subway is just to expensive. Listen DART is worthless; what we need is just a robust streetcar system that has ROW and High frequencies. Say what you will about streetcars; but Dallas' MATA street car ridership is actually quite decent. The Oak Cliff Street Car ridership is actually...

I could be wrong...but it seems like the residential portion of the tower is only 36 floors, which equals a total 45 story building, when you add the 9 story garage.
