I would have never thought we would be looking at most of Victory Park being built out at this point. Very exciting especially with lower Uptown bumping up next to all of this with even more high rises and hotels. Café Express in Uptown has officially closed... Sad to see this one go. So many great memories of eating at Café Express when I lived in Uptown. I could be wrong...but it seems like the residential portion of the tower is only 36 floors, which equals a total 45 story building, when you add the 9 story garage.
