I'm very excited for this project, so it's good to see it's moving forward. Henderson seems to have a lot of great restaurants/bars, but the infrastructure is severely lacking. This will be a huge step in the right direction.

Thanks for sharing. That's a very solid line-up and once most of these open, it'll be a game changer for the area. Looks like we will get a couple spaces open this summer, with a few more in the Fall, but a few of them are still up in the air.

Yeah, I'm not too worried about existing restaurants in the Design District. It's not even confirmed that those buildings will be razed, and, even if they are, there is nothing unique about those buildings, and they could easily be relocated to another nearby building.

I think whats nice to see is if that rendering is accurate it has an underground garage rather than a podium. You can see a ramp going underground near the green space.
