Re: Downtown: Klyde Warren Park

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpUDSD27pVw The Fair Park fountains are already impressive and other than possible height would dwarf the KWP fountain by size alone. Right? How often does that fountain show occur? I almost always forget/overlook this area, even though it's such a wonderful asset to...

Re: Downtown: Klyde Warren Park

Every evening, the fountain will come alive with an hourly aquatic “fireworks” display of soaring water that’s lit by a kaleidoscope of colors and dancing to soundtracks — a show that will be visible for miles . I'm VERY curious to see how true this ends up being in reality. This seems very interes...

Game changer.. will draw so many more people to that side of the park as well Indeed. Great news if that is the case. As demand continues to grow, it means we'll start seeing more and more new development coming to the CBD, rather than it going into filling some of these existing towers.

Good for Houston! Obviously I'd always welcome more corporate relocations to the DFW area, but coming to Texas is still a big win. Also, this one is pretty far out in the 'burbs that I really don't mind it not coming to DFW, as I'd prefer to see less sprawl and more urban development here. I do like...

I assumed that it would be done in phases and that the residential tower wouldn't even begin until the hotel is completed.

I don't know if I read that anywhere, but that has been my assumption all along. Glad to see the hotel portion moving forward though!

I disagree.
