Re: Henderson Avenue Corridor

I've been a few times to 77 Degrees and as ugly/bizarre as it is on the outside to look at, and while I wouldn't want to go there very often, I've actually had a fun time there.

This building will be slightly taller than the Christopher at the Union Yes we have all seen the one rendering they have, I am more curious about seeing the proposed tower from a different angle or was it even the final design. Seems like a lot was missing. Yeah, I thought so too, to the point that...

I'll admit I want to see more angles on this tower it just seems like it's trying to be interesting but isn't. I usually like Perkins and Will stuff so I would love to see additional renderings. I wonder if that's even a final rendering. I assumed it was more conceptual since it accompanied Uber's ...

There have been a number recent closures/relocations along lower Greenville and I imagine there will be a few closing soon (e.g., Gung Ho), but on the other hand there are a number of new bars and restaurants opening soon. I got excited when I saw the proposed rezoning sign in front of Taco Cabana (...

Its exterior is a poorly executed mess and as baffling as the juxtaposition of Irish and tropical venues is, the most confusing thing to me is that despite its biggest selling point being its view of Downtown, Downtown isn't visible from the majority of the venue.
