It might be interesting for the Galleria to become more like that newish mall in downtown Salt Lake City. Turning the top few floors into office and residential uses and incorporating more entertainment options like movie theaters, bars, restaurants, escape rooms, a climbing gym, etc would also help...

How awesome for Dallas it would be if development of this type/scale did make it across the Trinity. It's a great location too and relatively accessible despite Woodall Rogers' frequent backups.

I liked the food but I feel like they needed to hire much better servers because the service was always so hit or miss. Hopefully they can get this fixed moving forward.

They did a really nice job on the space, as did Desert Racer a few doors down. I'm excited about how these two places are moving some of the "gravity" further south on Greenville.

Congregation might be the word you're looking for and yes, they primarily commute from the 'burbs, which explains much of how the church is arranged (parking garages, sky bridges, etc).

Those 3 foot sidewalks on one of the most potentially walkable streets in Dallas feels weird. This was where they were previously planning that 5(ish) story office building situated at the end of the parking garage. It was a cute building but I'm way more excited about a 20 story boutique hotel.

I can't get around the math... Even if only HALF of the cars that currently use I345 now take this new 4-6 lane boulevard; going 1/3rd the speed of the freeway on far fewer lanes would be an absolute nightmare. It doesn't seem so. Hopefully it's just that their redesign process is taking longer than expected, but I could also see them waiting until summer when Henderson Ave is finished, delaying things even more.

The seating capacity for this arena is only 14,000. Far too small for an NBA franchise.
