That entire stretch of St Paul used to be absolutely dreadful. There was a chain link parking lot for buses, surface parking across the street, and very poor street interaction. I tended to run faster along this stretch just to get away from it. Was the old building aesthetically attractive? Sure.....

That whole development where Jakes and Trophy Room are needs to be bulldozed and redeveloped. It's just awful and the sidewalk there is not adequate.
