Haven't been down that way for a long time, but according to Google Maps, at least as of February, the existing buildings were all intact. Also, I can't find the project mentioned on the developer's website.

Typical high rise construction goes up at a pace of about 7-8 days per floor. This building came out of the ground a year ago, so the construction does not seem to have been notably faster than typical. In fact, it might have been a little slower.

I found a feet/stories online converter, and it says 830 feet = 76.66 stories. If that's true, wouldn't that beat BoA and the tallest in Houston also? IDK if that converter is using correct or regularly-used ceiling heights per floor or not. For an office building, 830 feet is probably closer to 50...
