Except if you look at space 1505 penthouse it's rather gorgeous. Two stories of glass on three sides with some of the best views of the city even if its shorter than 1401 Elm. That, and interest in the apartment tower would probably come from an entirely different group of investors.

Mystery (probably) resolved: According to Candy's Dirt, the two brands are to be Motto and Tempo, not Motto and Spark, as had been reported earlier.
