Was just by there over the weekend.... the C parking garage has topped off, the cranes are gone, and there are parking lot lights installed on top and they are lit. It's not easy to tell from Herb Kelleher Way how much more needs to be done, but the garage was predicted to be done by June this year,...

From the looks of the pics on their Facebook page, they get solo riders and groups. A few hike it, while still others traverse it on horseback. Apparently there are a few spots with poison ivy/oak whenever there hasn't been as much volunteer mowing or trimming.

Colleyville is likely acting like Corinth did about the DCTA A-Train and Knox-Henderson about the DART light rail subway section. They'll figure out later on (probably too late) that it'll be an asset, not a liability.

I think all the Tom Thumb fuel areas are just store branded, with no major oil company signs or tie-ins. Pretty much like Kroger's gas or the newer Walmart locations that don't have a Murphy in their parking lots.

The Mavs' building off of Malcolm X just got a quick coat of new deep-blue (team color) paint. If they are moving to the ex-Levitz across from the AAC in the Design District, I wonder why they decided to paint their up-to-now Deep Ellum spot? I guess they're not completely leaving DE after all?

Concern arising in north Fort Worth as a proposed Ikea store at I-35W/N. Tarrant Pkwy. north of the US 287 split has not yet broken ground.
