Reunion is not a great site IMO. The circulation around there is awful. Notice that the whole thing is wedged between rail tracks and the highways, with very limited access into and out of the site--only one off-ramp on the far north side, and limited connection to existing local roads across the t...

Put me in for Midtown(2nd choice. Dust off those LBJ line plans) or the Matthews(1st) site. Dream site would be to fill the Spire site with highrises. I would imagine the Texas Stadium site would be pretty attractive to them above all though.

On a slightly related note, has anyone been to Houston's Buffalo Bayou? I'd be curious as to the bus number of Ross vs Gaston. From experience, that Lakewood bus going down Gaston is a far more popular bus route. Lots more apts along Gaston than Ross giving it a pretty steady density. You also have the hospital and while not super dense, there are office buildings in La...

I don't think the Corps of Engineers will approve planting many trees in the Trinity River Spillway, or on its levees. So any landscaping will have to be done outside of the levees. The I-30 reroute is just another attempt by TXDOT and the City of Dallas to place a freeway inside the Trinity River levels and in the Trinity Forest.
