The area needs small independent mom and pop shops. That's what it needs. Naga Thai Kitchen & Bar Permanently closed in Victory Park! :( What happened? One of my favorite places to eat dinner before going to a Mav's or Stars game! I found this video of the original plans for the Trinity River from 2009. It's very interesting to see what has been completed and what is still missing! Would've been nice to have the lakes!
