Re: Could Dallas land Amazon HQ '2'?

Wow! That's a major deal, that could turn into something more major. It's not too hard to imagine Amazon budding its own package delivery service, and if Alliance turns into the dominant hub, we could see two North Texas airport on the top ten list of domestic cargo airports. Alliance is #30 on this...

Re: Trinity River Park

There's no reason this man-made flood plane cannot become a primary component in the conditioning of potable water for the region. Rewilding this five-ish miles of river returns the natural filtration process to help clean the water. I've dreamed of a series of cisterns and catacombs under the flood...

New PGA development at Panther Creek in Frisco spells the beginning of the end of Trinity Forest as a tour venue. Stick. A. Fork. In. It. Sweet. The more tourist pulling deals like that coming to Galveston increase the viability of an HSR extension. Just like Fort Worth, though, I think a Galveston HSR Station would need the boost from the San Antonio-Austin leg of the triangle to generate enough foot traffic. Galveston has the island...

During the next century, the well-being of Collin and Denton County residents is directly related to urban growth boundaries established before too much longer. Development rule of thumb north of Hwy 380, if the land drains to Lake Lewisville keep it rural, if the land drains to Lavon build it out.
