Prescott intends to ask city planners for approvals to make the project about five stories taller than is currently allowed and to remove prohibitions against serving alcohol. Is this the third or forth developer to take on this property? I don't remember how many time prohibition broke the process...

The only thing I don't like about the apartment in these pics is the tiny balconies.

Dallas has great weather for apartments with outside rooms. If we're going to put out a call for better architecture, for me that would start by designing around the outside living room.

I think it would be great if the museum's elevated walkway to Klyde Warren Park is a marvel of engineering and science, turning the 5 minute walk into a stroll through a nature & science project, but the city's help should be limited to getting through the red-tape.
