There's no reason this man-made flood plane cannot become a primary component in the conditioning of potable water for the region. I don't remember, isn't the ground floor of this one mostly retail? with separate resident lobby entrances? As long as the sidewalks are nice and wide, I think it'll be fine. The fountains at Fountain Place have always been very nice, but I don't know about that if they're overcrowded....

From a sheer bodies perspective, DFW already has the most imbalanced tech jobs added to tech degrees conferred ratio in the country. Meaning, we don't produce enough home-grown tech grads to fill existing demand, even without Amazon. And again, bodies aren't the relevant metric, it's top-end talent...

Is Alphabet still scouting for another big base of operation? The three sites most interesting to Amazon are three sites that seem of particular interest to the energy industry, pulling Dallas and Houston closer together than ever before - if that train gets on track.
