I suspect the Texas exclusives like Prada, Goyard, Givenche, Loewe, Marni or whatever other brands I don't know (hahaha) will compete for stalwart space at NorthPark when there's a 5 Star Resort Hotel anchor. More than likely, this elusive hotel will be a favorite brand of Latin Americans.

The connection needs to extend all the way to William Blair, Jr (formerly Rochester Park). Over the next 50-100 years, the neighborhoods between the forest and downtown will experience the next great conversion.

The one thing the downtown area park initiative continues to lack is a linear mobility-park, specific example is Harwood Street from Katy Trail to Old City Park.

KDGE used to have concerts by the Mustangs, some pretty big alternative names of the day... and that was surreal, too. Las Colinas has had a handful of near misses, one of these days it'll stick, probably this is it.
