Beginning to wonder if Dallas will ever land another big fish downtown. Everyone wants to move here but not to downtown Dallas which is ironic because that is the spoke to our regions mass transit. Oh well suburbia wins again.

I have always thought it made the most sense to have a west east and third coast middle spot (Dallas). We will probably find out in a short while. Once the rumors run rampant they don't want to drag it out and get ahead of the dialogue.

Apparently everyone needs a room to stay in Dallas. I never thought I would see so many high end hotels be built in Dallas but I am glad that we seem to need all of these rooms. Will be a great addition to Harwood district.

I was wanting it to go across uptown and oaklawn not Park cities it could then turn north on the tollway and serve the next station at NW HWY. I don't care about any stations in the bubble you can bypass them completely unless they want a Dallas Country Club/Highland Park Village station LOL.

Why not just an underground tunnel from Burbank Station to the terminal with the same moving sidewalks they use in the parking garages. Simple not near as much money and direct terminal access.

If they would just put 8 stories of apartments above all of this I would be ok. I just don't understand why that would not be feasible for that area with Cityplace and Uptown right there. I said the same thing with Turtle Creek Village why did they not build it up with living mixed into the retail.

A big help would be to match the sidewalks and landscaping on that side with what you see in Uptown. That is the disconnect as you cross over central you immediately notice that you have left uptown.

Was at Billy Can Can friday night. Nice crowd great drinks food was only so so. Went and have a drink upstairs at Imoto (great space filled with people downtairs and upstairs. If they can keep these crowds going while they add more restuarants then there might be a glimmer of hope down here.
