Tunnel Harry Hines and McKinnon and build a pedestrian bridge across Field street from the Happiest Hour area into Victory and use the old McKinnon above ground as a Katy Trail extension into lower uptown and connect to Klyde Warren Park. Dreams are free.

I walked through this area last Sunday and it really is going to be a great place once the garage and apartment tower are finished. It was fun to see the old fountains running again as this was always a cool hangout in the summer back in the 1980's when it opened. All very promising.

Start this with a dedicated bus system and see where the ridership is in 2040. If it is there then build the fixed line with more stations. Otherwise this is a waste of money and focus for the region.

Knox is going all in on high end because that is the only level of retail that is growing in actual storefronts. The market for middle level retail is shrinking by the day and with the Knox area it is a perfect junction of money and location.

This line is being built to service that area in 2058. It is a toy train for the burbs that hardly anyone will ride. Meahwhile in the densest most urban part of Metro the entire system is clogged through a single line. I really don't see this being good for the overall system.
