They should focus on expanding their square footage, not the parking lot. It's the building/patio size that caps the amount of business they can do, not the number of parking spaces. The Economist had a great write-up on this very topic last year. Parking requirements are often poor public policy.

Walked in late to the Oak Lawn committee meeting on Tuesday, but I think this was being discussed and I think we're going to see a parking lot. Maybe someone else can confirm

Pretty amazing that with all the development and density in this area and our point in the cycle, that the grocery store site just sits idle. Huge potential exists there.
