Plano has DART Rail.


I am referring to the parts of Plano that every corporation is flocking to, Legacy, Legacy West, Granite Park, etc...I work at Granite Park, it is a transit desert.

By no stretch of the imagination would this be considered a “grocery store”. More like a convenience store. You would be hard pressed to find enough ingredients of any kind here to even cook half a meal.

This seems more like an inexpensive hotel than a hostel. Backpackers staying in hostels are looking to pay about half that amount or less to share a room with others. This has definitely been dallasized.

I wonder where all that empty acreage is in New York City. I have rarely ever seen an empty space there. Rochester, buffalo, Houston, Tampa, etc....less available space than nyc and Chicago. I have been to all theses cities, this report is highly questionable.
