The Pints & Quarts off lower Greenville and Ross is being renovated. From looking inside, looks like it's going to be a Mexican food joint.

I hadn't realized this project was so big. Sidewalks are fairly decent on Live Oak, but they do get really narrow towards the entrance.

Jaxon was doing pretty well this weekend. Even with a lot of things shut down, several people were making use of the spread out seating. I really hope it spills over onto Browder Street. I hadn't noticed, but there's a dry cleaners taking a section of the DPL building.

I just went by last night, and all the restaurants were still open for take-out: Shiva's, iFratteli, Tiff's Treats, and a new empanada place I didn't even know had open-end there. The only one closed, besides the CVS was a hair salon.

There has to be a happy medium between the ultra high-end retail and the chain retail/restaurant found at Sundance. I appreciate downtown FW's success, but every time I visit, it feels like I'm at a bigger Firewheel.

Flora Street beyond Pearl still needs work in terms of street life. Ideally the hotel and residential would he...
