Wow, "Avenue to the Arts" is an awful name. I'm ok with it if it's an alternate name (ie - the Magnificent Mile aka Michigan Avenue in Chicago), but a complete rename is weak.

Real food halls are not. This is a food court. A real food hall as the term was initially used would include both prepared food vendors and produce/dairies/butchers/bakeries vendors. I'm curious what this means for the demolition of the rest of the mall. The last I recall reading (and what I see everyday driving by) is that demolition has halted on the mall.

Would they simply knock off the Sears piece and leave gaping holes on two sides of Valley View?

I took a vbike for the first time this past weekend. It was ok, definitely good enough for riding around downtown to a few stops.

I feel the same way as dpatel, I like the fact they're a local company and want to support them. The new model looks great!

Wasn't there something listed before about an underground tunnel that connected the Ambassador to somewhere in the Cedars? Does anyone happen to know if that still exists? If it connects to Four Corners, that'd be an AWESOME amenity to feature.

Is there a map/rendering that shows only what Beck has control over? I never picked up on the idea that he only had a certain area, and that the renderings were all "potential". I know you can only take certain things with a grain of salt, but that seems particularly shady.
