I took a vbike for the first time this past weekend. It was ok, definitely good enough for riding around downtown to a few stops.

I feel the same way as dpatel, I like the fact they're a local company and want to support them. The new model looks great!

IMHO, the switch to the new UI was a bit of a downgrade. I'm not able to recognize new activity as easily (bolded thread titles was a big help). Wasn't there something listed before about an underground tunnel that connected the Ambassador to somewhere in the Cedars? Does anyone happen to know if that still exists? If it connects to Four Corners, that'd be an AWESOME amenity to feature.

Is there a map/rendering that shows only what Beck has control over? I never picked up on the idea that he only had a certain area, and that the renderings were all "potential". I know you can only take certain things with a grain of salt, but that seems particularly shady.

Going in place of the old Sears outlet store I believe.

There's a decent sized mixed-use just south of this as well, so this is a nice micro pocket of density.

I wonder if at any point there'd be a push to connect this to the Galleria to Midtown. Ped bridge over/under the Tollway perhaps?

I think that they had every intention of putting in trees, but when they tried to dig up the sidewalk to plant them, they found it to but much more cost-prohibitive than anticipated. Instead, they considered taking the next best approach and painting the sidewalk beige. Blame it on the price of oil.

I've got tickets on the west side of the stadium, and was able to get down to the beer garden for the second half of the home opener. AWESOME vibe down there! The tailgate was great too.
