I know it's not quite apples to apples, but it reminds me a bit of the old Dallas Desperados Arena League franchise. Those games were GREAT! Hoping they can capture some similar energy at a lower price point.

That looks pretty awesome. I like the train terminal inspiration for the bottom floor. I'll temper expectations on all the hanging greenery, but I really like the color scheme of the building.

It's too bad because of all of the predecessors in this area, because this looks like it'd be a really good building, but I can't help but expect the reality to be a much darker structure with hardly discernible greenery.

This center, along the north side of Arapaho west of Hillcrest, has been acquired and is set for redevelopment. There are 4 buildings on the site, and one will be torn down. They covered the former blue wall that faces McKinney Avenue in brick but only the south traffic facing side. I hadn't paid attention to the construction timelines or anything, but I'm shocked that Texas Live is already up and rolling. Kudos to the developers for getting all of this up and ready BEFORE the stadium was built, as opposed to a lingering afterthought like we typically see.

Yeah I've got no problems with the deck park going in, even if the development isn't expected to catch up until a few years after. I feel like it's been somewhat similar with Klyde Warren. The park was built, then everything else has followed.
