American will start nonstop flights from DFW to Tel Aviv, Israel, starting in September 2020. Doesn't it seem obvious that the Gingerman closing might have something to do with the property it sits on being redeveloped for high rise, and not necessarily them doing well or not? It looks like a perfectly sized parcel for a highrise apartment building.

I think most of the hate is for EIFS which looks like stucco, not real stucco. The hate on this design is because it's ugly and cheap looking.

Will the parking be wrapped by apartments on the Lemmon side, like the previous renders? If all 6 lower floors are now exposed parking on all sides, that's a step back. Yes, 8 floors were exposed before but only on the side facing Eatzi's.

Yikes, that RH in West Hollywood is even uglier up close. I prefer modern design personally, but these materials make the modern design look cheap and dirty.
