That is exactly the person's function at this intersection. At a minimum I've seen them every week day, although I do not know the duration of each day on duty. I could be quite mistaken, but, I believe they are DPD.

The only thing I'd really like to see happen to the CC at this point is to just green roof it w/native grasses across the entirety of the complex, minus the arch-supported roof and the arena. And, also have living walls in several areas of the exterior vertical portions of the complex.

They've already dug up the asphalt on this lot. It's moving along quickly. I'm still wondering if it will in fact be 22 stories. It's 20 ST by elevator buttons, minus the 13th. Looks like it'll be around 131,904 SF (GSF?) and 135 required parking spaces. They had a good amount of equipment activity...

I have not checked my mail in three days so I might have but DART did email me last week saying it should arrive by the 24th. I got an email today saying that it will be shipped today after a delay for more internal testing. It's likely it's in your mail box now. I received mine on Friday I believe.

I haven't noticed if anyone mentioned it yet, but, Doc B's did open up not too long ago at McKinney & Olive Tower. Looks like they'll be open 7 days a week and also until fairly late. Their outside patio area facing Harwood wasn't 100% good to go yet as of the other day.
