Circo will die probably.

So, put the HRC back where it's supposed to be. On McKinney Ave where it was before, only with a tower over it. Throw in a golden grasshopper and palms, too.

Down at McKinney & Olive, Malibu Poke is open. Might be a soft-opening as I saw something about this upcoming Monday, but, regardless it's open.

MIXT next door apparently opens sometime in May according to a large window-covering on the storefront.

This is probably still a good link for the building: https://www.kaizendp.com/projects/The-Link-at-Uptown

Regarding that back side, I still think the lower squared-off portion facing Akard might be largely parking. Like say where the darker horizontal bands are.

You definitely saw me then with a friend front and center, middle of the aisles before the guantlet towards the back. Well, if before 9 I think. By that time I was laser-focused on conversation and forgetting my surroundings though. We need a code word to shout out. . .

I'm guessing where those outdoor terraces are might be the first level of offices, secondary quasi-lobby, pop-up lunch gig, amenities, etc. Hopefully the ground-floor restaurants have a patio, and, the patios face the quieter Akard side.
