Re: Uptown Dallas: Central Market at McKinney and Lemmon

So it looks like to date the largest Central Market is about 85K sq ft. If this one is say 90K sq ft then that gives us an additional 60K sq ft of retail in this development. Considering that none of the additional retail space will be street level that sure seems like quite a task. I'll be curious ...

Re: Could Dallas land Amazon HQ '2'?

I just want to make a few points... As a resident of Las Colinas and someone that knows people at the Chamber, I can confirm that Amazon did indeed tour the Las Colinas area. Now, with that said I think the chances of Amazon coming to Las Colinas are probably about 0.00001%. However, Amazon has been...

If the City was smart they'd give the land to Lucy Billingsley and let her develop it. Despite maybe an over-abundance of parking I think she's done a tremendous job with Cypress Waters. A development like that is really the best the City could hope for, and Lucy has done a great job of attracting n...

It really depends what sort of concept Cinepolis opens. The majority of the Cinepolis theatres here in the US are just standard theatres like the one they opened in Euless (tickets are about $11)- and then they have select locations where they have built their Luxury Cinemas (tickets are about $20)....
