This can be nothing but a good thing.... De La Vega purchases the property from TC! DLV now controls about 25 acres in this area. Half of the Toys R Us space... Any idea how much sqft that is, and how that compares to their other Total Wine stores? The permit indicates 27,317 sq ft... The total vacant space was 55K since it was a co-branded Toy's R Us & Babies R Us. Assuming they'll take the endcap spot on Las Colinas Blvd.

Wasn't there a proposal for a Pollo Tropical a few years back for this plot? That would have been a disaster seeing as they didn't last very long in this market.
