Great shots, that brickwork facade mockup looks great. Really looking forward to seeing the residential portion impact the skyline. I really hope we can get the Dallas Highschool tower started, would hate to see the project fall through.

$800 million that is a pretty large sized deal. I can't really picture how the floor expansion would look like, it will probably be quite a challenge to match the style perfectly. Would love a more recent picture from this vantage view though :lol:

I think its a great looking building and a great asset for Victory Park. Only wish they would have done something with rooftop of the theatre. That is a huge amount of unused space.

I am glad this one isn't entirely made of glass. While they may outshine in the renderings, we've been "Blue Cield'd" before. I think this facade is more unique and I also agree about the Neon sign, that would be a great addition to the tower.

That surface lot is the epitome of Dallas. All sub-arterial roads around Harwood should be narrowed to allow for slanted parking.

Back on AMLI, an observation about the now completed 10 story parking garage. Being in an office that looks down on this complex I can not help but notice that they have an abundance of parking in that garage. I wonder when the central Dallas market stock will mature in to something that allows families to stay in walkable neighborhoods. That will change the area from SMU Greek Row 2.0 to an actual living neighborhood. But I suppose a lot of that is riding on DISD fixing itself first.
