HPV, in the future, should switch to a mostly valet model, and a garage somewhere offsite within walking distance if they can, and fill in the parking lots with park space, hotel, and maybe some standalone shops. Athleta is open. Tod's has re-opened and Swag is gone. I imagine Stuart W. will be the next store to open in the coming days as they are scheduled to open in their new location in May.

I didn’t realize buildings could go that high on that side of Oak Lawn Ave, but I guess that lot exists because of a failed office tower development.anyone know how high current zoning allows?

This corner has been begging for a development. I’m glad to see Streetlights is the developer and I also hope the Esquire name is included.

Also, I saw dirt moving again at Congress and Wellborn.

It also appears that the Starbucks at Congress and Oak Lawn will have parking in the back.

I believe they still need to put the roof on the current floor that's poured and then there will be decorative glass on top of that, so it should have a little more height.

The Akola pop-up is gone and that space has construction boards up. Not sure what’s going in there.

Also, wouldn’t be totally shocked if Swag was relocated to make room in that luxury area for more stores.

I’d like to see the Walgreens lot turn to mixed use with a ground floor Walgreens next. If we can get continuous urban development on at least one side of the street that would make a big difference. Then the Hot Joy gas station/car wash lots combined into one development would help to at least box ...

Nicole Kwon is relocating to one of the old Gap spaces in West Village where the corner entrance was (next to the new Sephora). This will be a larger "Concept"store.

The Kate Spade renovation is done and the new design is nice (the previous one was nice too). Aritzia is scheduled to open May 2nd and Wolford is in fact closed. I'm still not sure what is taking over the Roberto Cavalli or Charlotte Russe spaces.

Roberto Cavalli has closed all U.S. boutiques, so that opens up another space in the luxury wing. Also, the Tod's space looks to be split into two stores. Any news what's going in there?
