I have been reading the Downtown Residents council facebook group and it sounds like here people who want more from Royal like a full-service grocery store or are more realistic of what it is and is supposed to be. Keep in mind in Dallas we are spoiled we are very used to the suburban grocery store...

Aren’t the tunnels the reason why Downtown has lower pedestrian activity?

I’ve been in the tunnels during lunchtime and most people don’t realize how busy they can be. The street level is dead in comparison to certian sections of the underground tunnels.
