Well, the loopnet listing was updated just 4 days ago. However, it's not the cylindrical design that was once kicked around. The new ramps along Stemmons will be a lot taller than I expected. Many of the columns are pretty tall in spots. Hopefully, it won’t look like the elevated express lanes further north on Stemmons. The express lanes look awful! Yikes, I have not seen that yet. Where along Stemmons are we talking? So...

Wow...tough room. These are only rumors (at least for now). It could always go the other way.

Hypothetically speaking, if Dallas isn’t selected....we will be just fine. We’re not an economically depressed city. Either way, I have a fairly positive outlook on the future of Dallas.

I could be wrong...but it seems like the residential portion of the tower is only 36 floors, which equals a total 45 story building, when you add the 9 story garage. According to Fox 4 News, they are planning to annocuce the details of the new expansion in a few weeks. It still includes expanding KWP westward, putting in the fountain on Pearl St, and expanding the children’s park. I can’t wait to see what the final design is.
