I could be wrong...but it seems like the residential portion of the tower is only 36 floors, which equals a total 45 story building, when you add the 9 story garage. I believe a portion of KWP’s expansion money was apart of the recent bond package. The rest will have to be raised by private donors. Whether we like it or not, the park is going to expand.
