I really like the idea of daylighting Spring Creek (currently under the mall) and bringing mixed use. I can see this as a hybrid of Legacy and Watters Creek. A real opportunity here for Plano to further expand its cache and tax base.

I really like the way this one commands the northern end of McKinney Ave. it also stands out looking south from Mockinbird Station. Wonder how preleasing is going.

That small adjacent lot is part of the project. Will eventually be the private park for the tower residents.

The McKenzie is surrounded by office buildings and commercial property. Walked by this one tonight. The construction fence is almost completely down. I don't get the interaction with Cole at all. The sidewalk is 3' wide in front (so 1960's suburb). These are the same neighbors who killed the K-H DART station who changed their minds now that it's too late.

There is a website for The Hudson (4805 McKinney Ave) up and running. http://Www.thehudsondallas.com..

This one will have underground parking only (according to Trinsic's website) similar to Knox Heights down the street. This makes it more neighborhood friendly I think.

One block over, I had another thought about Travis St. Others have questioned the delay for the new retail/apt project coming from Sarofim at Travis/Knox. Hopefully they are working a deal with Weirs to acquire the warehouse plot??? That way Sarofim can expand/enlarge their project. Just my thought...
