If the market is overbuilt with luxury apartment units, what is the historical solution based on previous cycles? Do they eventually convert to condos? This type of development (3 or more stories of condo flats) is seen more in Oaklawn west of Preston Road. I’ve only seen a small number (example 4345? McKinney Ave). I wonder what the difference in land cost is between these two parts of Oaklawn is and how much impact that has.

I'm sure that space won't stay empty long. IDK. That space immediately north has struggled to find its identity as well.
