I believe it is all underground parking. The pool will be ground level on Cole. Typically they put those on top of a garage.

H. L. Hunt died in the 70’s, Thanksgiving Tower is early 1980s. Perhaps his children developed Thanksgiving Tower (HuntOil?). I do recall that all original occupants were primarily companies owned by or doing business with the Hunts, sorta the 1980s version of Old Parkland.

I not the retail guru, thankfully we have much more knowledgeable members on the site for that. However I am under the impression that this Neimans location relies heavily on personal shoppers and appointment only. If true, their customers would not see the garage. Whip in to valet and whip out.

The skin and windows are going up quickly. Parking garage covering started on west side of building.

This one is a little darker in color compared to renderings. The drawings had blue windows instead of gray, but that may be a common way to illustrate glass and not indicative of glass color.
