I don't recall smelling urine any time recently, but other than that, it sounds pretty typical of every other ride I've had on DART. But at least on a train you have a little more room to move around when needed. Buses on the other hand make things a bit more 'intimate'... although I assume everyone...

I really don't understand the DC talk at all... It does nothing to address the biggest problems with the current HQ (cost of living, work force availability, labor costs, property values, etc). I was just talking to the leasing staff at the Davis building a couple of weeks ago. They're undergoing a big internal renovation now, and something like half the units are vacant because of it. I didn't hear about exterior tweaks, but I guess it wouldn't surprise me.
